Room Rates Our standard room rates for two people, per night, depending on the time of year are as follows: Everett $210.00 - $300.00 NZD Gordon $210.00 - $300.00 NZD Victorian Rose $200.00 - $290.00 NZD Morning Sun $190.00 - $280.00 NZD Margaret $190.00 - $280.00 NZD Prices are inclusive of G.S.T. Everett room can accommodate a third person. Gordon room can accommodate a third and fourth person, maximum of four guests. Additional guests charged $60 each. No children under 12. |

Policies:
Check in is available from 2pm of day of arrival.
Check out is by 10am on the day of departure.
Early check in and/or check out is by arrangement.
Payment/Cancellation Policy:
Reservations require a valid credit card. The card may be charged up to one month before the arrival date.
For large bookings of three or more rooms, or four or more nights, we may ask for a 50%, non-refundable deposit, to be paid at the time of the booking.
Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least one month prior to the check in date and time, or the guest will be charged the full amount of the booking. If we manage to re-sell the room within this time, we are happy to refund the payment.
Cancellations up to one month before the booked date incur no fee.
Smoking:
As this is a smoke free complex please smoke outside away from open windows, doors and other guests.
Please be warned - In the event of someone having smoked in the room, we will engage a specialist cleaning company and reserve the right to charge for such service and the value of any lost income during the cleaning period.
General:
All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property, and any costs associated due to inappropriate behaviour, resulting in loss of income, will be charged to the registered guest. This includes any items removed from the premises without consent and excess rubbish removal. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage costs. We reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card after guests have departed, or to send an invoice to the guest.
